City of Mission Title VI Policy Statement

It is the policy of the City of Mission, as a sub-recipient of Federal financial assistance and under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes, that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or activity conducted by the City.

Title VI Discrimination Complaint Form

  1. This form may be used to file a complaint with the City of Mission based on violations of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Complaints should be filed within 180 days of the alleged discrimination. If you could not reasonably be expected to know the act was discriminatory within 180 day, you have 60 days after you become aware to file a complaint. Return the signed form to the City of Mission, Purchasing Department, 1201 E 8th Street, Mission, Texas 78572.
